Take a deep dive into your identity, needs, and desires
Explore your sexuality in a safe, welcoming setting
If you think you might be on the verge of a new understanding about your sexuality, it’s common to have questions about what that means for you. What do I tell people? How can I explore my sexuality or express my identity when I’ve barely figured it out myself? Do I have to leave my partner? How do people even “come out” or attach a label to something that seems much more complicated than gay, straight, or bisexual? Do I have to come out at all? What if I don’t feel like I fit in with other queer people? Does kink or polyamory fit into any of this?
In therapy, we’ll explore these questions in a way that doesn’t force you into a box or push you toward one “right” way to have a queer identity. You’ll learn more about your desires, grapple with questions about identity and visibility, and figure out where you fit in (or outside of) the vast, awkward, confusing queer community. The therapists at this practice are kink- and polyamory-competent and trauma-informed.
