Location and access

This practice is located at 208 E. 31st St., Basement Office, New York, NY 10016. This is our only location. We moved to this office starting January 1, 2025, so our old location may still be listed in online directories.

Please note that our office is located down one flight of stairs. If you are seeking in-person sessions and cannot use stairs (e.g. if you use a wheelchair), contact the practice director so we can figure out how to accommodate you at an alternative location or otherwise meet your in-person session needs.

When you get here

Once you arrive at the building:

1. Tap “Virtual Key” on the touchscreen and enter the building code you received in your confirmation email.

2. Walk into the lobby and enter the door to the basement on the right with the “Triska Psychotherapy” sign.

3. Go down the stairs.

4. At the bottom of the stairs, enter the office code you received in your confirmation email.

5. Wait in the waiting room until your appointment time. If you need to use the bathroom, there’s one down the hall.

6. At your appointment time, go to the room specified in your confirmation email and knock on the door.

7. If you get lost or can’t get into the building, call or text your therapist. You can find all staff members’ phone numbers on the staff page.
