Location and access

The practice is located at 211 East 43rd St., Floor 6, Suites #641, #639, and #636, New York, NY 10017. The building is wheelchair accessible and has an elevator. Please note the room number on your appointment reminders so you go to the right office.

This building is our only current location. Some public directories may incorrectly list the old Broadway or 37th Street locations.

New office info for 2025

In January 2025, we will move to a new office at 208 E. 31st St., Basement Office, New York, NY 10016. The old office will be closed starting December 26, 2024 and the new office will open on January 8, 2025. If you are a current client, your therapist will send you more information about the new location and how to access it once this information is available.

Please note that the new office is located down one flight of stairs. If you are seeking in-person sessions and cannot use stairs (e.g. if you use a wheelchair), contact the practice director so we can figure out how to accommodate you at an alternative location or otherwise meet your in-person session needs.

When you get here

Once you arrive at the building:

1. Use the touchscreens at the ground floor security desk and enter “Triska” (or “TKO Suites” if you can’t find it) for the business name

2. Take the elevator to the 6th floor and follow the signs to either #641, #639, or #636 (make sure you check the reminder email for the correct office number!)

3. Knock on the door at your scheduled appointment time. Please don’t knock before your scheduled appointment time, as an earlier client may be finishing up their appointment.

If you’re early, you can wait by the elevators or in the waiting room at the 7th floor reception desk. There are bathrooms available on both the 6th and 7th floors. If you’re in need of a wheelchair accessible or single-stall bathroom, ask the 7th floor receptionist for a key. The reception staff do not know our practice’s schedule or staff—they work for the building (ground floor reception) and the office rental company (7th floor reception)—but they can help you with building issues like finding your way around and accessing bathrooms.
