About Charlotte
Charlotte believes therapy is an opportunity to better understand yourself—not just your symptoms, but the experiences, relationships, and patterns that have shaped who you are today. She works with adults and couples to explore the life experiences that have brought them to the present moment, helping clients make sense of long-standing emotional patterns so they can move through life with greater intention, freedom, and self-compassion.
Charlotte has a special passion for working with artists and creatives, helping them uncover the deeper emotional barriers that may be preventing sustained contentment in both their personal lives and creative work. She also enjoys working with individuals navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, and trauma, supporting them in building lives that feel more grounded, connected, and meaningful.
Drawing from psychodynamic, humanistic, and mindfulness-based approaches, Charlotte tailors therapy to each person's unique story. She believes every individual comes with a history that shapes how they perceive themselves, others, and the world around them. Together, you'll explore those patterns with curiosity rather than judgment, using insight as a foundation for meaningful and lasting change.
Charlotte might be the right therapist for you if...
● ...you're curious about why you keep finding yourself in the same emotional or relational patterns.
● ...you’re looking to feel challenged by your therapeutic experience—not just heard.
● ...you want to understand the deeper roots of your thoughts, emotions, and relationships—not just manage symptoms.
● ...you're an artist, creative, or deeply reflective person looking for a therapist who values your inner world.
● ...you're navigating a life transition and want support creating a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
● ...you're looking for a warm, genuine therapeutic relationship where you feel understood, challenged, and supported as you grow.
