Andrew Pisaturo
Counseling intern
Andrew (he/him) is a mental health counseling intern whose goal is to help people navigate uncertainty, overcome roadblocks in life, and deepen self-awareness. He believes therapy is a dynamic process, which starts with an open dialogue and a sincere, empathic, and nonjudgmental relationship between therapist and client. Therapy with Andrew will grow into a meaningful exploration of identity, relationships, emotional life, memories, thought patterns, and dreams. He is interested in masculinity, the intersection of identities, lgbtq+ issues, anxiety/depression, OCD, and phobias. He works from a psychodynamic and humanistic perspective, and has training in ERP.
I might be the right therapist for you if…
…you want to explore and move through negative feelings, rather than just avoid them.
…you don’t know what you are looking for in therapy.
…you are comfortable working with uncertainty and are open to finding what resonates.
…you need space in order to find your voice.
